Burnout!

Evening, all.

Have been in town for the past couple of hours to get some birthday cards for friends that I am seeing later this evening. Still suffering from the cold that I have had for the past few days, though I get the sense that it has not had the intensity that previous bouts have had.

The weather down here has been miserable as my body and I do question whether the amount of exercise I have been doing these past few months has caused this cold. Perhaps the warnings that my body have been giving me recently should have been heeded by myself and I should have cut the level of exercise that I was doing.

Perhaps then I would not be suffering like I am!
