Some Thoughts...

Evening,

I am wondering tonight how far the British government is willing to go in this tit-for-tat diplomatic game with the Iranian regime.  The way that Chairman Brown tried to act all tough when announcing the news that diplomats had been expelled from London, did not sound too convincing.  This is all for political posturing.  Why do they not go searching for the money?

I say that because there is news floating around this evening that the son of Ayatollah Khameini has had his bank assets, based in the UK frozen.  To the tune of a cool £1.2billion.  So much for having any form of religious responsibility...

I would be intrigued to see just how much the Ayatollah has got tucked away in his Zurich bank account...
