As I head to the swimming pool for a bank holiday dip, with the clouds gathering Folkestone, producing the first rain-drops for a few weeks, I wonder just what the upcoming weeks will bring to an already damaged nation.
Whatever it is will continue to cast questions over Chairman Brown is able to lead the government and indeed the country, through what is remaining of the recession.
As further revelations are revealed in the Telegraph this morning, this time alleging that certain cabinet members used tax-payers money to pay accountants for their own private use, surely now more than any other time since he came into office, his authority has to be questioned...
Just who is running the country right now? Chairman Brown or the Barclay brothers? Because right now, the country is in need of some leadership, and they are not getting any...
